Data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Data collected

We only collect:

• the information entered in the request form: title, surname, first name, email, phone number, country and city of residence, age, desired procedure, budget, medical history and message;
• the photos and messages you send us by WhatsApp or email;
• information relating to your quotes and payments (amounts, dates, quote number);
• technical connection data (IP address, server logs).

Purposes

Your data are used to:

• respond to your request and assess your medical file;
• draw up your quote and organise your stay;
• coordinate your care with the partner medical team;
• collect payments and keep our accounts;
• measure website traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising, only with your consent.

Health data are used only for the medical assessment and follow-up of your file.

Recipients

Your data are never sold. They are only shared with the recipients needed to provide the service:

• the medical team and partner healthcare facilities in Istanbul, for your assessment and care;
• our technical providers: the website host (Vercel), the database that stores your requests (Supabase, hosted in the European Union) and the payment provider (Paysera);
• Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Snapchat, for traffic and advertising measurement, only if you accept it;
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to write to us through this channel.

Transfers outside the European Union

Your care takes place in Turkey: the necessary data are therefore sent to the partner medical team in Istanbul. Some technical providers (Vercel, Google, Meta, Snapchat) may process data in the United States.

Payment

Card payments are made on Paysera's secure page. We neither receive nor store your card details: Paysera only confirms the payment to us, linked to your quote number.

Cookies

This website sets a technical cookie that records where your visit came from for 30 days, so that your request can be attributed. Traffic and advertising measurement cookies are only set after your consent.

Retention period

Data are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and follow up your file, and then for the periods required by law (accounting and medical obligations).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@clinicnobel.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence or with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
