No physical shipment

No product is delivered to the patient's home. Documents (quote, booking confirmation, invoice) are sent electronically, by email or WhatsApp.

Place of service

Procedures take place in Istanbul (Turkey), in partner healthcare facilities. Accommodation, when included in the package, is provided in a hotel in Istanbul.

Timeframes

• Reply to an assessment request: within 24 hours.
• Quote: sent after the medical team has assessed the file.
• Date of the procedure: agreed with the patient according to the surgical team's availability, then confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Course of the stay

The length of stay is stated on each procedure page and in the quote. A typical stay includes:

• transfers within Istanbul, when included in the package;
• a consultation with the surgeon and pre-operative tests;
• the procedure, followed by the nights in the clinic planned for the procedure;
• post-operative follow-up during the stay, with the assistance of an interpreter when included in the package.

What the package includes

The content of the package is set out in the quote. Most packages include the procedure, anaesthesia, pre-operative tests, nights in the clinic and at the hotel, transfers and post-operative follow-up. Some procedures performed in addition to another one cover only the procedure itself.

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the following are not included: flights, medication, drainage massages and additional hotel nights.

After returning home

Follow-up continues remotely: the team remains available by WhatsApp and email to answer the patient's questions after their return.
