How the Procedure Is Performed

Two main techniques exist. An upper buttock lift involves removing excess skin located above the buttocks, with a scar concealed within the panty line. A lower buttock lift corrects sagging skin located below the buttocks, with a scar positioned in the natural gluteal fold. These techniques can be combined with liposuction or fat grafting to improve overall shape. The procedure lasts between one and two hours, depending on the technique chosen.
