VASER HD 360° liposuction
The operation begins with Vaser HD 360° liposuction: ultrasound emulsifies the fat before it is removed, around the full circumference — abdomen, flanks, back — so that the waist is redrawn before the skin is tightened.
The abdominal stage
The abdominal stage follows.
Diastasis repair
Through a low horizontal incision, hidden below the underwear line, the surgeon lifts the skin apron, brings the rectus abdominis muscles back together and sutures them along the whole linea alba: this is the diastasis recti repair, a muscular stage in its own right.
Navel, skin and closure
The navel is repositioned, the excess skin removed, and closure is carried out in several layers over drains.
