J-Plasma / Renuvion — Skin Tightening
Liposuction removes fat, but it does not tighten skin. When elasticity has been lost, volume disappears without the contour following. J-Plasma — sold under the name Renuvion — addresses precisely that limitation. A fine applicator delivers helium plasma combined with radiofrequency energy beneath the skin: collagen fibres contract on contact, then reorganise over the following months. At Clinic Nobel Istanbul it is most often combined with Vaser liposuction in the same operation, to firm what liposuction alone would leave loose.
