Preoperative Preparation

Liposuction and/or gland removal
Depending on the type of gynecomastia, the surgeon will perform liposuction to remove excess fat (adipomastia) and/or glandular excision through a small, discreet periareolar incision to remove breast tissue.

Add skin tightening
