Breast lipofilling
Breast lipofilling is a natural breast augmentation technique that uses the patient's own fat. This innovative method allows for a moderate increase in breast volume while reshaping the silhouette through targeted liposuction of the donor areas. Procedure of the Intervention
The procedure unfolds in three precise stages. First, harvesting: gentle liposuction using micro-cannulas is performed on the fat storage areas (abdomen, hips, thighs). Next, purification: the fat is centrifuged, decanted, or filtered to retain only the viable fat cells. Finally, reinjection: the purified fat is transferred to different layers of the breast (retroglandular, subcutaneous) through tiny 2 mm incisions, ensuring optimal graft survival.
Post-operative monitoring and recovery
Moderate pain similar to muscle soreness, well managed with painkillers. Wear a compression garment over the liposuction areas for 4 weeks and a soft, wire-free sports bra. Resumption of daily activities after 3 to 5 days. Sports activities after 4 weeks. Swelling and bruising disappear within 2 to 3 weeks.

Expected Results
The final result is visible after 3 to 6 months. Approximately 30 to 40% of the injected fat may be reabsorbed by the body during the first 3 months. The fat cells that have taken are viable and permanent, but the volume remains sensitive to weight fluctuations. Major advantages: no significant scarring, no risk of rejection or rupture, no lifelong monitoring, and an overall refined silhouette.
