Nature of the services

Clinic Nobelworld OÜ organises and coordinates cosmetic surgery, bariatric surgery and hair transplant stays in Istanbul (Turkey). Medical procedures are performed by partner healthcare facilities and professionals.

The exact content of each package — procedure, consultations, nights in the clinic and at the hotel, transfers, assistance — is set out in the personalised quote given to the patient.

Quote and booking

The assessment of the patient's file and the quote are free and without obligation.

Prices shown on the website are indicative. The final price is set out in the quote, issued after a medical assessment of the file.

The booking becomes firm when the patient accepts the quote and pays the deposit stated in it.

Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in euros. The quote states the amount of the deposit, the amount of the balance and the date on which the balance is due.

Card payments are made on the secure page of our payment provider Paysera. Card details are entered with Paysera: they are neither sent to Clinic Nobel nor stored by Clinic Nobel.

Medical assessment

A procedure only takes place once the surgeon has approved the file. The patient undertakes to provide accurate and complete medical information.

The pre-operative consultation in Istanbul may lead the surgeon to adapt or decline the procedure if the patient's health so requires. This case is handled under the cancellation, return and refund policy.

Cancellation and postponement

The deposit paid is non-refundable. If the patient is unable to attend, their situation is reviewed and the date of the procedure may be postponed. The full rules are set out in the cancellation, return and refund policy.

Patient obligations

The patient undertakes to:

• provide accurate information about their health, treatments and medical history;
• arrange their own travel (flights, identity documents and entry formalities for Turkey), unless otherwise stated in the quote;
• follow the pre-operative and post-operative instructions given by the medical team.

Liability

Every surgical procedure carries risks, which are explained to the patient before the procedure. No result can be guaranteed.

Patients' data are processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Complaints and governing law

Any complaint may be sent to customer service: info@clinicnobel.com. We respond as quickly as possible.

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting the consumer in their country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
