Upper eyelid
Upper blepharoplasty involves removing excess skin and sometimes fat through an incision placed in the natural crease of the eyelid, which is invisible once healed.
Lower eyelid
Lower blepharoplasty treats under-eye bags either through a skin incision (under the eyelashes) or a transconjunctival approach (no visible scar, incision inside the eyelid).
