One day, several stages
The procedure takes place in several stages over the course of a day.
Local anaesthesia and Sapphire FUE extraction
After local anesthesia of the scalp, the follicles are extracted one by one from the donor area (occiput) using 0.8 to 1 mm sapphire micro-punch holes.
Sorting and preserving the grafts
The grafts are sorted and preserved in a nutrient solution.
DHI implantation with the Choi pen
Implantation is performed using the Choi Stylo (DHI), which allows for precise control of the angle (40-45°), depth, and direction of each follicle.
Hybrid DHI + Sapphire FUE technique
This hybrid DHI + Sapphire FUE technique offers the advantages of both methods: maximum density and rapid healing.
