Abdominoplasty & Diastasis
Abdominoplasty combined with VASER liposuction represents the gold standard in body contouring surgery. This dual approach not only removes excess skin and fat but also redefines curves with artistic precision. At Clinique Nobel, we don't just operate; we sculpt, restore, and guide each patient toward a new version of themselves.

Procedure of the Intervention
The procedure begins with preoperative markings in a standing position. Under general anesthesia, the surgeon first performs VASER liposuction to refine the waist and abdomen. VASER technology uses ultrasound waves to specifically target fat cells while preserving surrounding tissue. Next, the abdominoplasty is performed: tissue detachment, plication of the rectus abdominis muscles (a permanent internal corset), and removal of excess skin. The incision is closed with absorbable sutures and intradermal closure techniques.
Post-operative monitoring and recovery
Upon returning to your room, a dedicated nurse will be looking after you. The pain is generally described as intense muscle soreness. You will need to wear the compression garment for 4 to 6 weeks. A 10- to 15-day leave of absence from work is recommended. You can gradually resume sports activities after 4 weeks, and intense activities after 6 to 8 weeks.
